Now (since 8.1.5) Alliance paladins can no longer use it. If it is unequipped, it becomes unusable. I made the mistake of unequipping mine today not realizing ... Webyeah i know, but p7s you can absolutely get over 99%. most fights you get over 99.7%. the difference between 99% and 97% is 10-16 seconds. the person i replied to is suggesting that 97% uptime (10-16 seconds of doing nothing) is normal for non-caster. that much downtime is really really bad and definitely not normal.

The Dracthyr model is a Winged Eredar from Argus, Legion. It's a 5 year old model and rig. NPC models can't wear player armour. As a 3D modeller myself I can tell you that's not quite how it works lol! Animations are separate from the mesh.
