Cannot change properties of mp3 file
WebApr 30, 2024 · I solved the issue by opening Windows Media Player and going to Organize > Manage Libraries > Music and removing this folder from the list of Library Locations. After doing that I could right-click on the file in Windows Explorer, open Properties and it then let me edit the MP3 tags.
