WebI actually have seen this before on the Ultimate Apocalypse mod, which uses Soulstorm. It usually varies from map to map though, and that'll change how the AI acts and how many cheats they can get. You could either play any of the other Dawn of war games, try out Ult. Apoc. or Unification, or stick through it and find out what works
