WebSo if you turn the bleed system off, well then there's literally nothing supplying air to the cabin. And technically there are bleedless systems (like on the 787). They just use electric compressors instead of bleed air from the engine and, at least as Boeing claims, end up being more efficient for the overall performance of the aircraft. 1 Reply
