WebI found it painless with FOMM and TTW 3.2's installer, installed direct to /Data and checked the plugins as the load order dictated. I even kept most of my mods from the TTW 2.9.4 install I was running previously and it worked first try. Basically, with TTW 3.2, any mod manager that lets you manually enable disable and sort plugins will work.
