The bow full sends dex which pairs amazingly with spear, ontop of bow having its own mobility kit so the spear synergy is the cc it comes with, while the rapier is the muskets mobility and cc tool.

The point was that some players will just report ppl with hatchet equipped. I hope that's clear now. I'd assume they at least look at logs to see if you were doing 10k damage per attack for long periods, after getting those ...
