WebbPhimosis is a condition of the penis that occurs in some adults and children who aren’t circumcised. If you have phimosis, your foreskin can’t be pulled back (retracted). It may look like your penis has rings around the tip. Having phimosis isn’t necessarily a problem. It only becomes a problem when it causes symptoms. WebbThis is best used when the phimosis is pinhole or super tight. Then from there when you can insert 2 fingers, flesh tunnels and finger stretching will do the rest. The balloon is safe as long as you follow instructions. For pinhole phimosis you can also use a qtip to begin stretching it, followed by a sterilized pen, and then one finger.
