Pointer won't move

WebSame exact thing happens to me. At first I thought it was the mouse. Returned two of them. Lol. Tried multiple computers, same thing. Talked to Dell IT and advised to factory reset. Worked fine at first then after awhile it does the same thing. Cursor won’t move. I’m thinking of just returning it. Let me know if you find a resolution. WebJul 30, 2024 · Press CTRL + ALT + DEL.
