Webb3.1 Stalking is a type of harassment. The Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 inserted section 2A into the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 and created the offence of stalking. Section 2A(3) of the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 gives examples of acts or omissions which are associated with stalking.
